- Nine nights’ accommodation on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis: two nights at the four-star Apex City hotel in Edinburgh, two nights at the four-star Best Western Inverness Palace Hotel in Inverness, three nights at a three-star Hotel in Skye and two nights at the four-star Hilton Glasgow Hotel. All rooms have private facilities

- Rail journeys on the Borders Railway; from Inverness to Wick (single) and Kyle of Lochalsh(single); from Mallaig to Fort William (single) on the Jacobite; from Aviemore to Broomhill (return) on the Strathspey Line
- City tour of Edinburgh and Glasgow by coach
- Visits to Abbotsford House, Rosslyn Chapel, Dunvegan Castle, the Aros Centre and Eilean Ban; return ferry from Sconser to Raasay

  • Transfer to Edinburgh Airport to check in for your flight
  • Enjoy your flight back to the United States
Saturday 21st October – Edinburgh
  • Set off on a half day guided tour of Edinburgh
  • Visit Edinburgh Castle
  • Balance of the day at leisure

OVERNIGHT: GEORGE HOTEL, EDINBURGH

Friday 20th October – Inverness & Edinburgh
  • Journey south to Pitlochry
  • Stop to visit Blair Athol Distillery (tour/tasting)
  • Continue on to visit Stirling Castle
  • Then travel to Edinburgh and check into your hotel

OVERNIGHT: GEORGE HOTEL, EDINBURGH

Thursday 19th October – Glasgow & Loch Ness
  • Travel northwest to Loch Lomond
  • Spend a few hours at Loch Lomond in Lomond Shores
  • Continue to Loch Ness
  • Arrive in Inverness and check into your hotel

DINNER & OVERNIGHT: PALACE HOTEL, INVERNESS

Wednesday 18th October – Belfast/Glasgow
  • Motor a short distance to Larne
  • Take a ferry to Cairnryan
  • Next drive to Glasgow for a half day guided tour
  • Stop to visit Kelvingrove Art Gallery
  • Then check into your hotel
  • Evening drinks at Jinty McGinty’s Irish Bar, Ashton Lane
  • Attend organised Ceilidh for the group with Glasgow Irish Ceilidh band

Tuesday 17th October – Belfast
  • Tour around Belfast by local guide and family friend James Moyna
  • Visit Titanic Centre
  • Giants Causeway
  • Choral Concert by Habemus Chamber Choir in Belfast church

Monday 16th October – Newgrange
  • Drive north into County Meath
  • Visit Boyne Valley Visitor Centre
  • Spend afternoon at Newgrange
  • Drive to Belfast
  • Check into your hotel for your overnight stay

Sunday 15th October – Dublin
  • Spend the entire day at leisure in Dublin
  • Use your Hop on Hop off pass to visit a number of places.
  • Voucher to visit either Guinness Storehouse or Old Jameson Distillery (tour/tasting)
  • Evening performance by Colm Keegan (Venue TBA)

OVERNIGHT: TRINITY CITY HOTEL, DUBLIN

Saturday 14th October – Dublin Arrival
  • Your CIE Tours driver/guide will welcome you to Ireland
  • Enjoy breakfast at the Coachman’s Inn
  • After breakfast, set off on a half day guided tour of Dublin
  • Visit Kilmainham Jail
  • Transfer to your hotel and check in
